"Isulong ang Breastfeeding, Tama, Sapat at Eksklusibo"

Breastfeeding is one of the most natural things in the world. Still, some woman experience difficulties with this issue. It is not uncommon, because in the end it is a  slightly weird thing to have someone suckle on your nipples for the first time. This mixed with the anxiety about not being able to provide enough milk increased the stress and put more pressure in the new mother.
The most important thing when breastfeeding is to be comfortable.Take your time,do not stress it.Be sure that you are in the right mood before starting to breastfeeding.Breastfeeding maybe "Natural" but that doesn't mean it always comes so naturally. There's nothing more natural than popping on your breast and letting her suckle, isn't there? If only if were that easy!Soon your baby will be growing well and before you know it.it'll be time to think weaning. One of the major issues to consider when deciding how to feed your baby is the quality of the food itself.Perhaps you've heard that breastfed babies get hungry than bottle-fed babies.Breastfeeding is one of the most natural and beneficial acts a mother can do for her child.Dramatic health benefits have been proven to pass from mother to child trough breast milk.Yet,in today's society, breastfeeding is often thought of as unnecessary.Young mothers are mistakenly led to believe that formula does very well as a replacement of breast milk,no matter how many vitamins, minerals and supplements are added to what is basically a chemically formulation.
Breast milk remains the one and only natural, complete and complex nutrition for human infants. It is nature's formula for ensuring the health and quality of life for infants,as well as on through childhood to adult life.Just as importantly, breastfeeding promotes a very special bond between mother and child that only a mother can provide. There is no feeling to describe the child suckling at your breast and letting go to give you a big smile;and knowing that the growth of your baby came from what your body produced!Wow!What a feeling!
