Promoting Digital Literacy Through English Proficiency

Linking the world through English proficiency aims us to be awaken, a passionate desire to contribute to the progress of being literate, to develop a keen interest in others views, and to use our communicative skills in making this world a more harmonious shelter for all.  Reading, writing, listening, and speaking are skills that we use everyday and should not be confined in the classroom.  You may not be aware of it, but it has been affecting you and your relations with people.
Promoting and mastering the use of digital literacy requires a serious sense of discipline, patience, and openness.  Learning becomes more relevant and the whole world becomes a more exciting classroom for us to explore, if we possess these qualities.  We can all make a difference by starting with what we can do.  Accepting our role as an active and positive contributor to nation building is integrated to show the value of effective communication.  English addresses the communicative needs of us by adopting a communicative, interactive, and collaborative approach to learning English as a second language.  We should all consider these.  Then, imagine communicating or receiving communication with faulty sounds, forms, or structure.  The scenario may go beyond anybody's worst imagination.
Therefore, in your effort to promote digital literacy through English proficiency, you help create an environment where there is more peace and understanding.  In this, you will soon realize how English can improve the rate and degree by which you understand the ideas in what you read or listened to.  Of equal importance to this is the improvement in the rate and degree by which others can understand the ideas in what you wrote or said.  Look around you and feel the magic of a life can make a difference.  Remember that as you learn to live each day with purpose and meaning, you are creating the most wonderful story of all.  We students must realize that what we do with language in the classroom is similar to how we use it in real life.  On the whole, it aims us to promote the proficiency of English a pleasurable one through a wide variety of purposeful activities.  It provides varied opportunities to develop one's ability in listening, speaking, reading, and writing competencies.
